“Before I started The Quiet Truth Sessions, I felt completely lost. I wasn’t really happy with where my life was going, especially professionally. I was overwhelmed, confused, and living on autopilot, simply following the next step because it was there, not because it was what I truly wanted.

Working with Rob was completely different from anything I’d experienced before. He never told me what to think or gave me the answers. Instead, he asked thoughtful questions that helped me understand myself in a different way. It felt like he gently held my hand while I worked things out for myself. There was no judgement, no pressure, just space to think. One moment really stands out

My mind just cleared and everything suddenly made sense.

It was one of those rare moments where you realise something has genuinely shifted. From then on, I started looking outside the box and seeing possibilities that I’d never considered before.

Even six months later, those conversations are still with me.

I don’t have the same urgency or pressure in my mind anymore.

I’m much kinder to myself, calmer in the way I think, and more open to different opportunities. Instead of feeling trapped by one path, I now trust that I can choose what’s genuinely right for me.

That shift gave me the confidence to leave a stable job and move towards teaching English as a second language, something I truly love. Strangely, even though I don’t know exactly what’s coming next, I feel more peaceful than ever. I’m excited about my future instead of afraid of it.

The biggest difference is that I now trust myself.

I don’t need someone else to tell me the answers because I’ve learnt to ask myself better questions.

I always felt completely safe during the sessions. There was never any pressure to speak or perform. Even silence was respected, and somehow that became part of what made the conversations so powerful.

If you’re considering The Quiet Truth Sessions, go with an open mind and an open heart. Be honest with yourself and allow the process to unfold. It changed the way I think, and that has changed the way I live.”

Sarah – TA / Tutor, Kent

“Before starting Quiet Truth I wasn’t feeling like myself at all. I felt lost, I didn’t recognise myself at all. I felt on the edge all the time and like anxiety was my main driver. I felt consumed by responsibility, fear of the unknown and felt like a constant failure. I honestly felt like I completely lost the person I was and it’s been replaced by someone always in fear and anxiety.

What felt different about these sessions is that I was really able to open up about anything and everything without feeling judged. I felt a sense of comfortability about talking through my thought process, I really liked how Rob was able to reframe my thoughts and feelings into something that made me feel heard and seen. Something I was able to take with me and not feel overwhelmed about. It really was so much greater than anything I’ve tried before.

There was this one moment in particular that really changed and shifted everything for me and it was ‘your thoughts don’t define you’.

I spent hours and hours overthinking everything, days without sleeping because I couldn’t stop stressing over the littlest things. So after unpacking everything the realisation hit –

My thoughts don’t define me. I am me!

My thoughts are just that merely thoughts and I can tell them to stop. That really shifted things for me to look at things more positively, take those opportunities and keep trying.

Honestly I can’t even believe where I am now mentally and even physically. At the beginning of my journey I was consumed with fear, anxiety, and doubt. Constant fear of the future and what ifs? My life and decisions was led by my anxiety and nothing else.

I wasn’t living, I was surviving.

But now I feel the light and the great opportunities within the world, I’m led by positivity and faith. I came to accept that it’s okay to not know what comes next, it’s okay to not know where my life will take me. It’s okay to not have a career and have every single thing planned out. It’s honestly okay to follow my dreams and not what my family expect of me.

I’ve learnt to really find myself and what I want from within. I was able to find clarity and happiness within myself and even look at the better of things when things don’t go my way. And consider these things as life lessons that make me stronger than as set backs and give up. I honestly feel stronger within and know and trust myself that whatever I choose next will be filled with greatness.

I feel like I can finally put me first and take that leap of faith!

Honestly speaking I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone!

Quiet Truth helped me rediscover myself, find inner peace and clarity.

It’s an amazing opportunity for anyone to rediscover themselves, find some inner peace and clarity or just if you feel like your thoughts need some reframing. It’s really easy for us to get lost in the hustle and bustle of things, some of us might even think we are happy with where we are now, some of us may feel we have it all figured out. But I really encourage you to sit in a quiet room for a couple of minutes alone with just your thoughts, is your inner self really happy?

This space with Rob is just such a fantastic way for anyone to get to know themselves better, find what they truly want from themselves, learn how to feel less driven by anxiety and finally live your best live.

Because you really do miss out on the best parts of life when you’re constantly overthinking, just stay present in the moment and don’t let life pass you by.

Thank you Rob for being there when I felt most alone. I really appreciate all your help!”

Labi – AI Technitian, London

“Before I started Quiet Truth, honestly, I felt quite lost. I was stuck in a place where I wasn’t truly happy with myself, dealing with things at home as well as work – which was my biggest worry back then and I didn’t really know what I needed. I knew that what I tried before wasn’t working, so I wanted to give something different a chance and when you approached me with this opportunity I did think that this wont work however because of how much i trust you, your experience and what you’ve taught me till now, I leaned towards it. Looking back, the best way I can describe it is a feeling of uncertainty. I didn’t know where I was heading or what I was looking for but I knew something needed to change.

What felt different about the sessions was that I wasn’t just left to figure everything out on my own. Normally I’d sit there analysing things from my own point of view and end up going round in circles. Instead, I would leave each session with something to work on, whether it was a question to think about or something specific to focus on. It gave me a direction, a goal. I like having something to work towards, a goal or a next step, and that’s what these sessions gave me.

The biggest breakthrough came from being asked questions that made me dig deeper rather than being given answers. Instead of looking for someone to tell me what to do, I started coming to my own conclusions and you reassuring me that its fine and guiding me towards that rabbit hole that I would usually keep sinking in, helped me further. At the time, a lot of what I was struggling with was work related. I was always the person trying to fix things, help people and push for change. The problem was that I was putting huge amounts of energy into things that weren’t actually within my control. I was frustrated at work, then I’d go home and keep replaying it all in my head. The turning point was realising that even though I’d always say “I dont care” or “it don’t matter”, the truth was that I did care.

What I learned was that I don’t have to carry responsibility for things I can’t control.

After I accepted that, I started focusing my energy on what I could influence and putting contingencies in place for everything else, such as this recent job change which i was afraid of before.

Where I am now compared to when I started is completely different. Back then I thought I had security. I was working in a school, had the holidays, and on paper it looked like I had a good work-life balance. In reality that wasnt the case at all… I was completely stuck. Now I’m in a completely different industry, earning more, teaching and developing other people, and working in something that’s constantly evolving in the AI world. Even though my new role involves longer hours, a longer commute and is a fixed-term contract which isnt necessarily good for stability, I actually feel more stable than I did before.

The biggest difference is that I feel in control.

I feel like I’m progressing and moving forward instead of standing still.

If someone was considering working with you, I would tell them that the

Quiet Truth became my third space.

I think everyone has a first space, which is home, and a second space which is work. But people also need a third space, somewhere that isn’t home and isn’t work, where they can actually think, critique themselves, push themselves, grow and just be themselves. For some people that’s the gym, a sport, gaming or a youth club sort of environment. For me it was the Quiet truth.

I always felt safe, comfortable and heard. I knew I could say whatever was on my mind without worrying about it going anywhere. And it

gave me the time and space to actually think.

I think that’s something a lot of people especially men, struggle with. We spend so much time reacting to life that we rarely stop and properly think about what’s going on underneath it all.

Having someone listen, ask the right questions and help me dig deeper into the root cause of things made a absolutely a huge difference. The sessions were structured. There was always something to work towards, and I knew what I wanted to focus on before the next session. It really did work wonders for me

At the end of the day, I think everyone needs a space where they can just breathe and talk. Not a parent, not a friend, not a colleague. Just someone who gives you the space to think, reflect and put your mind at ease – you helped that.

I am not someone who is willing to go therapy or counselling or of that sort but this was different.

I used to think that therapy or counselling is like the last resort after battling a lot of things and this and i’d consider it as defeat by then, whereas this felt like the intermediary step where i havent accepted defeat but trying to find another way and it absolutely worked on me and I thank you heavily for it.
