Sessions

Sometimes you know exactly what you need to talk about.

Sometimes you just know that something doesn’t feel right.

A Quiet Truth Session is a space to slow things down, talk honestly about what’s happening, and hear yourself more clearly.

There’s nothing you need to prepare.

You simply bring whatever feels important.

A conversation, not a performance.

You don’t need to arrive with a goal, a plan or even the right words.

We start wherever you are.

I’ll listen, ask questions, offer reflections and sometimes notice something you’ve said that might be worth staying with.

There may be pauses.

There may be laughter.

There may be moments when something suddenly makes more sense than it did before.

There is no script and no pressure to reach a particular outcome.

The conversation goes where it needs to go.

What might we talk about?

People come to these conversations for all sorts of reasons.

You might be:

    • At a crossroads in your life.
    • Struggling with a relationship.
    • Questioning your career or what comes next.
    • Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck.
    • Finding it difficult to hold boundaries.
    • Carrying responsibility for everyone else and losing sight of yourself.
    • Facing a decision you keep going backwards and forwards over.
    • Or simply aware that something isn’t quite right, even if you can’t explain why.

You don’t need to know exactly what the problem is before we begin.

Sometimes finding the words is part of the conversation.

What makes this different?

I’m not here to tell you what to do.

And I’m not going to pretend I know your life better than you do.

My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, challenge you when it might be useful and create enough space for you to notice what is actually going on underneath the noise.

Sometimes clarity comes through something new.

Sometimes it comes from hearing something you’ve been saying all along.

Those moments can’t be forced.

But they can be invited.

Practical details

Sessions usually last around 60–90 minutes.

They take place online, so you can join from somewhere that feels comfortable and private.

Some people come for a single conversation.

Others choose to work together over a number of sessions as something begins to unfold.

You don’t need to decide that beforehand.

We begin with a free introductory conversation.

It gives us a chance to meet, talk briefly about what’s bringing you here and see whether working together feels right.

Frequently asked

Is this therapy?

 – No.

The Quiet Truth Sessions are coaching conversations. They are a space to explore what is happening in your life, understand yourself more clearly and consider what you want to do next.

They are not a replacement for therapy or professional mental-health support.

Will you tell me what to do?

– No.

I may challenge you, ask difficult questions or offer a perspective you haven’t considered.

But I’m not here to make your decisions for you.

Your life remains yours.

Do I need to know what I want to talk about?

– Not at all.

You might arrive with a very clear question.

Or you might simply have the feeling that something isn’t quite right.

Either is enough.

If you’re ready…

If something you’ve read feels familiar, we can start with a conversation.

No pressure.

No sales pitch.

Just a chance to meet, talk about what’s happening and see whether this feels right for you.
